Biography
Richard Ward has worked in the change and development field for most of his career. He is affiliate associate professor of management at HPU. Richard Ward received his EdD from the University of Southern California, where his research focused on the influence of personality characteristics and work values on management success. His Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Pepperdine University involved research in strategic planning and staffing management. He has worked on organizational change initiatives in business, government and educational organizations for over 40 years. In addition to his 20 years in teaching and administration at HPU, Richard Ward has taught with Los Angeles Metropolitan College, the University of Southern California, and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
