Biography
Dr. Cheryl Crozier Garcia is a Professor of Human Resource Management at Hawaii Pacific University, serving as program chair of the master’s degree program in Human Resource Management. She also maintains an active HR consulting practice.
Her research interests include spirituality in the workplace and feminist leadership theory; she has presented her research at national and international conferences and is a regular contributor to the International Social Science Review, The International Journal of Knowledge, Culture, and Change Management, and The Journal of the World Universities Forum.
She is a board member at-large of the Human Resources Certification Institute where she chairs the academic relations task force, as well as a member of the SHRM Foundation Governance Committee and a member of the Selection Committee for the Michael Losey Award. Dr. Crozier Garcia is also a member of the board of directors for the March of Dimes Chapter of the Pacific. She is also a member of the American Benedictine Academy and a 2009 Monastic Studies Grant scholar.
