Biography
Dr. Justin Gukhyun Cho is an Associate Professor of Management in the College of Business Administraion at Hawaii Pacific University.
Professor Cho received his Ph.D. in Management from MIT and his BA in Psychology from Seoul National University. His research interests are cross-cultural psychology, international human resource management, and tourism management.
In addition to publishing in various journals, Dr. Cho serves as an advisor for major Korean corporations and government organizations and completed numerous projects to improve their organizational structure and performance management systems.
