Booz Allen Hamilton Cohort Program

Professional Certificate in Organizational Change and Development

(Your $5000 tuition certification benefit applies to the cost of this program.)

Thank you for your interest in Hawaii Pacific University’s online graduate Professional Certificate in Organizational Change and Development.  After reviewing this web portal and appropriate links, follow the steps below to ensure all necessary application and registration requirements are completed.

1)  Contact Lisa Hanson, Director of Mainland Graduate Recruiting, (lhanson@hpu.edu) or phone her at (Toll-free) 1- 866-373-3737.    Provide a phone number and good time for her to call you to discuss the Certificate and Booz Allen Hamilton Cohort Program. This conversation will enable you to ask questions and get to know more about the program. She will also review the application process with you.

2)  Complete the application form for the Professional Certificate in Organizational Change and Development. Include payment to HPU for your application fee ($50.00) to the HPU Center for Graduate Studies, payable by check or credit card.  

3)   Mail or Fax your HPU Graduate Certificate (BAH) admission application to:

Graduate Admissions, Hawaii Pacific University, 1164 Bishop Street, Suite 911, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.

4)   Request transcripts from previously attended universities (indicating all course work, grades, and degrees granted) to be sent to:

5)   After the Graduate Admissions Committee has reviewed your application form and transcripts, a graduate admissions representative will contact you to confirm that your application is complete. 

6)   If you are accepted for the Booz Allen Hamilton Cohort Program, you will receive an e-mail and an acceptance letter to confirm your acceptance to Hawaii Pacific University along with instructions for accessing your HPU Pipeline account. The HPU Pipeline account is where you will enter your online courses.

7)   An invoice for the first course in the Certificate program will be sent to you after your application has been processed and you are registered for that course.  You will also need to purchase the required texts for the course.

8)   Log onto your HPU Pipeline account.  From your HPU Pipeline Account, you will be able to:  a) Review tuition charges and make future payments   b) Review your course schedule c) Update your address and phone number) Access your online classes via WebCT e) Confirm your course registration by accessing your HPU Pipeline account.  For specific questions regarding the content of the Professional Certificate in OCD program, curriculum, and how to use the online course WebCT software, please contact Dr. Jerry Glover, jgloverocd@yahoo.com

9)   Once you are accepted in the program, please contact the Center for Graduate and Adult Services, 1-866-GRAD-HPU, to register for the first class and work with the staff to receive the tuition assistance when you pay for the course.

10) Your original application form and tuition payment invoice should be submitted to your  Booz Allen company representative to process for reimbursement.
