Professor of Organizational Change Gerald Glover, Ph.D., co-authored an article titled, “Cross-Cultural Competence: Performance-Based Assessment and Training” in the most recent issue of The Organization Development Journal, an international peer reviewed journal that is published quarterly and abstracted in Psychological Abstracts, PsycINFO, PsycAlert, Psylit, Institute for Scientific Information and Anbar Management Publications databases. The Journal enhances the capacity for practices of organizational development and change.
