Paying your Tuition and Related Fees
Paying in Person
You may pay your tuition in person at the Business Office. You may pay by cash, check, money order, and travelers check.
If your bank returns your check payment as unpaid for any reason, you will be charged a $25.00 return check fee, late payment fee if applicable, and have administrative holds placed on your registration and transcripts.
Checks for tuition payments should be mailed to:Hawai'i Pacific University 1164 Bishop Street, Suite 1200 Honolulu, HI 96813
Make your check payable to Hawai'i Pacific University. Your student ID number beginning with the @ symbol should be clearly written on the check. If your name is not printed on the check, please write your name on the check so that your tuition account will be properly credited.
Payments must be received by the Business Office by the tuition due date. Payments received after the due date will be subject to late fees and/or holds on your academic records.
Paying by webCheck
Tuition and related charges may be paid online by webCheck from your checking or savings account. This type of payment results in an electronic debit of your bank account.
A bank routing number, account number and HPU student ID number are required to complete a web check payment.
Before making a webCheck payment, please verify your account information and that your bank allows electronic debiting on your account. Payments may be returned by banks for many reasons including a lack of sufficient funds; the use of an incorrect or invalid bank routing or account number; the account has been closed or frozen; the account is a non-transaction account; or if the bank does not participate in automated clearing house (ACH) transactions.
If your bank returns your payment as unpaid for any reason, you will be charged a $25.00 return item fee, late payment fee if applicable, and have administrative holds placed on your registration and transcripts.
If you have authorized your parents or guardians to view your tuition statement online, they may make webCheck payments to your account by logging into: http://myebill.hpu.edu.
