In compliance with the "Timely Notice" provisions of the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1998, Campus Security is giving notice of an act of a suspicious male, possible stalking case in the area of the LB Building, 1060 Bishop Street
REPORTED OFFENSE: On 9-14-15 at approximately 8:58 am, a female HPU student entered the LB Building of Hawaii Pacific University. Front Desk Security noted a male following behind the female student. Front Desk Security stopped the male and the male admitted to wanting to say “Hi” to the female student. The male was escorted from the front desk area of LB Building to Bishop Street. The male is described as possibly Filipino, 18-19 years of age, 5’6’, 125 to 135 lbs., dark complexion, black hair, unknown color eyes, wearing gray pants, maroon shirt and a beige baseball cap backwards.
Be cognizant of your surroundings and if anything suspicious, please report to HPU security or the Honolulu Police Department.
