Diversity

With students from all 50 states and more than 80 countries, HPU is one of the most culturally diverse universities in the world. HPU was ranked #20 in international student population amongst all Master’s Level institutions worldwide by Open Doors. The diversity of HPU’s student body is a unique asset that stimulates learning about other cultures firsthand, both inside and outside of the classroom. There is no majority population at HPU. Students are encouraged to examine the values, customs, traditions, and principles of others to gain a clearer understanding of their own perspectives. HPU students develop friendships with students from throughout the United States and the world and form important connections for success in the global economy of the twenty-first century.

Faculty

HPU is proud to offer more than 600 full-time and part-time faculty members with outstanding academic and business credentials. A vast majority of HPU faculty members hold the highest degrees in their fields. Faculty range from top-level executives at Fortune 500 companies to state government leaders who enliven the learning experience with real-world knowledge.

HPU faculty members are renowned for the personal interest they take in each of their students.  Our student-centered approach and low student-faculty ratio of 14:1 naturally results in personal attention and one-on-one guidance. There are no student assistants; only highly qualified faculty teach classes. Even with 7,500 students, our average class size is under 20 students.
